Hi all,
My first post here.... great effort with the icons!!
Although I have a little prooblem (that some had before as well). I'm also rather new in all that.
I'm getting "already installed" message.
I tried all sugested before: kill main menu, caps switch is off. Yesterday I did master reset and tried again but same thing...
Can anyone suggest something to try?

My phone is GW1 English UK.

i have doubt bro, did you install any other icon packs? did you do the sis installer mod?.

I tried to change the icons before by copying the files listed below to my C: but it didn't relly worked so I removed all those files and after your sis files failed to install I did the master reset with application removal thingy as well.

What sis installer mod?
Is that the sis-instaler (installserver.exe in c:\sys\bin)? If so I tried that but then when i run installation nothing happened at all and when I tried again after few minutes message poped up "In use" or something along those lines.

Did as you said. After that when I try to install the .sis message "This software is already installed on this phone".
When I copy the installserver.exe to the c:\sys\bin folder on the g700 and then try to install the screen goes darker (like is trying to do something) and then back to normal and the process doesn't even start. I also installed X-plore to copy the installserver.exe file over.
Do you have any other suggestions?

After performing the sis installer mod where you able to install any unsigned sis?Test and tell me the result.And just give a screen shot of your c/resource/apps folder.
*Perform the sis installer mod once again with swiss manager Try to install the icon packs with capswitch off.

I can't post a screen as I'm unable to install the autocam. With the sis installer mod on the phone the screen just goes darker for a second (exactly like with you icon .sis) and that it. When I remove the sis installer mod message pops up that failed security check.

I also tried to install the Psiloc.Xelnex.Lite with the same result.

Not sure if that be in any use but here is rough content of the c:\ resource\apps folder:

2x playlist (mbm & rsc)
8x road sync....something
1x RSGalUI
3x stargate
4x swissMP
1x syncscheduler
2x X-plore

Hope you can make something out of it...

Oh, and the Capswitch is set to OFF as well.

bro, try to reupdate your phone using seus, install capswitch and set it to off, then use this:

so the backlight suddenly turning off after a theme change is normal? i thought that was weird coz it didn't happen on my g900 before..anyway my firm ware is up to date, no problem so far for the g7- just concerned about the backlight turning off suddenly...

Yes,the back light suddenly turning off after a theme change is normal as it the theme changing process requires some time.:whistle:
