w980 fm transmitter restriction

I just bought a w980 and it seems in some countries such as iran and italy the fm transmitter feature is not working due to regional and country restriction at first I thought that its because of its firmware or something so I flashed my phone and also update with diffrent firmwares from diffrent countries but it didnt work now I figured it out that this problem might be related to the antenna information and in all of the firmwares its the same with certain country information the phone blocks fm transmitter system but Im not sure I just wanted to ask that is there anyway to remove this restriction I dont know by hacking or something? do u have any information about this? thanks in advance

its not true Nokia N78 also have this but it work.
are you sure you are doing right?
start the fm transmitter in near of FM radio and set the ferquency in a same . and play a music Bingo
