Reg key to versions 1.22, after checking legalnsti setup.

pixie...do i need to uninstall 1.22 first....or i can proceed without uninstalling the previous version?

better stick to 1.22 as of now...

you can upgrade to 1.30 later

the reg code works! but like the other LCG apps it has the internet verification
