SSX 3 for UIQ3 [thanks to WL]

The new W960 firmware includes a new 3D game called SSX3 by EA Games. It’s the largest and prettiest game I’ve ever seen on a mobile phone, and the best way to describe it would be “impressive”. I’d recommend all W960 users to update the firmware on their phones for the simple fact that this game is now included. I’ve recorded a short video of it, and posted some screenshots after the jump.

Thanks the great wl for exracting file and figuring out how to run it properly on P1 and M600i!!!

To use the game properly on the P1, WL recomends that we install the game on memory card and:

rename all 10274BF9***.txt files into 2000f611***.txt (delete first 2000f611***.txt before renaming), path: d:\private\2000D856\2000f611***.txt

This game is preinstalled in the latest W960 firmware version.

it works on my p990 but occasionally I have to restart my phone before running it(needs large amount of ram) for better performance i think it should be the same for w950 gove it a try you wont regret

hey thanks for the game!
works with my p1i
only problem is while playing my phone becomes inactive and the screen turns black, then i have to press a key to activate it. this gets very frustrating during the game... is there anyway i can stop my phone for becoming inactive or did i do something wrong while installing the game?

this is how my ssx3 looks like... [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] it's nothing like the one posted in the pictures.. i didn't install the new one yet, can you confirm it's better than the one i've posted? (in video)

It is the same... Effects are little lower on UIQ3, that's all...

Should i rename the file 10274BF9.txt in 2000f611.txt too or just the 10274BF9***.txt files into 2000f611***.txt files?
