Vista Dream theme and icons by AmMo
Just copy files to your drives as mentioned.
there are two themes,one for p990 users and one for other UIQ3 users

do u need to copy vista icon & font folder to your phone?

Yes, you must copy icons in C drive and fonts in D drive.
before that you must hack your phone.

even after copying C & D folder it doesnt produce the icons, appreciate if you can exactly guide how to copy specific folders, files.

You must copy the content of C folder to C drive and the content of D folder to D drive.
After that you must restart your phone to take effect.
